Evan D’Arpino is a New York based photographer and graduate of the intensive program at Hallmark Institute of Photography, where his portfolio scored in the top ten percent of graduates. His passion for creating images first developed while taking black and white darkroom classes in high school and continued to evolve while in college. In 2005 Evan received a BS in geological science from the University at Albany.
Evan’s honors include HIP Commercial Photography Award of Excellence, The Apple Insomnia Photo Festival (2nd Place), and The Best in College Photography Annual 2007 (Finalist). His work has also been featured in the Doctors Without Borders Print Exhibit and Benefit Sale, various pieces of promotional material for the Hallmark Institute of Photography, and is on permanent collection at HMCP.
